User's GotoMYPC window keeps closing with no warning or error

Anyway, I've got about 30 users functioning on GotoMYPC. I've got one user who was working totally fine this week, however, today she gets disconnected exactly every 10 minutes after signing in. The GotoMyPC window just exits. She has 2FA turned on. No one is at her Host PC. The host PC isn't posting any errors. All my other users are fine. Any ideas?

Hi there,

That GoToMyPC behavior is definitely not normal. Since the problem began have you been able to reboot the affected client and host PCs?

Are you able to reproduce the disconnect behavior from any other clients?

Also, it's not inactivity. She says that the window closes as she's working in it.
