My name is Avi, I’m the CTO of a cyber security company.
We’ve noticed that a customer of ours is experiencing issues connecting when our solution is installed and after investigation, we have reason to believe that there’s a bug in GoToMyPC that occurs with our user-mode agent, even if it's disabled or in log-only state.
(In some cases GoToMyPC crashes with 0xC0000005 access violation but there are no relevant logs or crash dumps)
