Iv got a new laptop and can't connect it to my printer i have gone to printers site and downloded drivers nothing happens they are in my downloads i have just seen on here it says to go to my pc something about a tray i don'dt know where to find this i have looked any ideas please i'm pulling my hair out

Once you download the same printer drivers that your Host PC uses, you would want to install those onto the hard drive, and then make sure they are recognized in the printer list there: https://support.logmeininc.com/gotomypc/help/how-do-i-manually-enable-a-printer-1095226051
