Host PC not showing up in My Computers

As the administrator I have access to all of the PC's using Go To MY PC.

2 PC's are not showing, but if I go to the users it shows the PC's there. How do I get access to the 2 missing PC's?

The users that have access to the 2 PC's do see them.

Are you able to reinstall the Host software on the affected machines?

I know it is online because the user can still access it.

Hi Pat,

Are you certain these Host PCs are online when you go to search?

How about when you run a report for the affected members?
