Is there a setting to have the access codes expire (so the user has to choose a new one) after a certain period of time in GoToMyPC? One of my colleagues is sometimes asked to reset their access code when they connect to certain computers through GoToMyPC but I do not. Neither of us are admins. Cannot see this option in the GoToMyPC preferences. Wondering if we should contact our admin. Thanks
Yes, you will have to reach out to your IT Admin, if you are on GoToMyPC Corp plan. The admin will be able to expire the access code.
