Polls Close after 1-2 seconds

I have a team using GoToTraining today. They are pushing out polls, which are required for us to track attendance for CPE. However, the polls are closing automatically. They have connected with all co-organizers and no one is closing the polls. Has anyone experienced this? Is there a way to fix this?

@MKCLA I haven't seen that behavior myself, but if it should continue I would suggest creating a case through Customer Support so they can look at the Organizer's log files.
