Any advice on why when I try to share my webcam it shows a spinning icon and says it’s connecting, but nothing happens. When I check the preferences I see the webcam view in the ‘Webcam setup’, but the image is not being shared with others. I can see that my webcam is ok (and I’ve had no problem with it when using Teams for example), but it's not working during a training session and when wanting to share with the attendees.
One of the attendees of the session also tried to share their webcam but they had the same problem.
Colleagues in my IT Support Team have been looking into this for me but cannot find any issues with my laptop or the webcam.
