GTA v5 WTF please tell me this isn't the future

GTA v4 is hands down 100% better than Rescue Assist and all v5 is, it's Rescue Assist. I don't understand why this company can't get this right. GTA v4 is fast, the reporting is accurate and the screen recording is great. Rescue Assist is none of these and GTA v5 is as clunky as ever. I'm done, as soon as my renewal comes up next month I'm going to teamviewer. Arrggghh GTA v4 has served me so well so such a long time and the price was great. The recording worked a little better, at least it's a mp4 instead of an mkv or whatever it was before. I get it, they probably want to save space or something, the recording is a lower resolution, but one thing, in GTA v4 when I downloaded a recording for session 123-456-789 that would be my recordings file name, with RA and GTA v5 the file name is video_20205708_194849. If you do a lot of them like I do, for my billing purposes, it's indecipherable. This is painful, I'm really disappointed. When I got the notification today of v5 I was really excited that it was be like v4 and work with the new MacOS, but it's just RA in disguise.

Sorry for the grief but the last year or so has been pretty frustrating. With MacOS Catalina I can't use GTA v4 at all, I have to use RA and it's just not the same smooth experience. I'm not sure I've been clear enough about "reporting" and "recording". I do so many remote sessions a day, sometimes multiple sessions, I don't really have time to keep track of everything. When I do my billing, I download the reports to filemaker pro, I create my invoices based on dates and times in these reports. To remember what I've done, I download the recording, review it and do my invoice. Sessions done with GTA v4 download with the same session id as the file name, sessions done with RA do not, the names don't correspond at all. I like to download all the sessions for the day sort them by session id and assign them to a customers folder. I can't do that with RA becuase I have no idea what session it was associated with. Only today with the new version are RA recordings in the mp4 format, before they were mkv or something, so that's good. Again, it's not the same, the recordings from RA are compressed or something, hard to review by using the slide to fast forward and rewind. I can't imagine that it's just me, but that's my two cents. As long as I have GTA v4 for everything else, I can supplement in other ways for Catalina. Not a fan of Rescue Assist.
