No option to promote attendee to panelist during session

In the session we have currently running, one attendee needed to be promoted to panelist and there was option to do that when right clicked on his name. Anyone have that same experience?

I know you can only invite 24 panelists when setting up the setting; however, other information states that there is no limit on how many attendees you can promote during a session.

Yes, I meant not an option. I thought it might be the situation where we hit the maximum.

I will say the the support information on panelists is confusing.

It states before a session the limit is 24 then it states that during a session there is no limit to the number of attendees you can promote.

We have promoting in-session rather than during set up.

In your first sentence, did you mean to say that "there was not an option"?

You can have a maximum of 25 for the combination of Organizers and Panelists. Thus regardless of whether they are assigned to be a panelist before the webinar or you promote an Attendee within a webinar, the total of 25 Panelists and Organizers can not exceed 25.

And unfortunately, once someone is a Panelist, you can not demote them back to Attendee.
