Can't get Blackberry support to work

When we download and install, this appears to work but we don't get the option to "Run".

Finding the application icon we get a prompt for the 6-digit pin but no matter what, it comes back with, "Unable to connect. Please check your Internet connection and try again."

I've got internet connection - it's just downloaded and installed.

All of the permissions are set to "Allow"

Any suggestions?

On the BlackBerry, please click the Application Button > Options > Advanced Options > TCP. If this page is empty, you may need to input the correct APN settings for your carrier. APN settings are sometimes necessary, in order to allow internet access to any 3rd party applications.

Most carriers' settings can be found here: http://www.pinstack.com/carrier_settings_apn_gateway.html

If you cannot find your APN settings on that page, or they're incorrect, you should contact your carrier for the correct settings.

That's it! That was the answer - thanks so much.

Now I have the next issue...

The phone says, "Connected to Rescue Mobile Gateway. A support representative... shortly", but my LogmeInRescue console never sees the session...
