What would be good to see is an option for customers to pre-approve the control for a technician.
Just add a tick box that must be ticked to get the pre-approval to control the desktop.
My customers try to connect to me when I am out of the office. When I get back, they are then not at their desk anymore. This is a problem with the cusotmer having to approve the desktop access after they have requested we access their desktop.
I will put this in feature requests. I think it has already been asked about, but not sure of the response.
You could use the free logMeIn that opens on startup. make an account. add all the computers. then launch a rescue calling card while you have remote control. this will allow you to use the rescue technician console. if you are fine with just the remote access and dont require the technician console then the free LogMeIn with facilitate that.
