Although I do receive processed payments for my GoToTraining webinars, some folks are getting access to the webinar without a processed payment. In the most recent two instances, registration was received and the registrants received a link to the training (according to my Recording Registrants documents), but payment has not been received.
After discovering that these payments have not been received, I have subsequently sent a direct PayPal invoice to these registrants, but there is apparently little motivation to submit payment, since they appear to already have the content.
How can I prevent this from happening again? I have had this GoToTraining account for five years, and am surprised that this has occurred.
