I recently upgraded my client computer. I am using the same screen extender as before. Now when I log in to gotomypc and attempt to use both monitors the neither screen is full screen. I used shift and maximize screen as usual but now one screen is low and one screen is high. Neither is full screen. Any suggestions? Both client and host computer have dual screens with the same resolution.

Both are Windows 10, 64 bit. All are set to 1980 x 1080. Gotomypc version is 10.3 (2714)

Can you specify what operating systems are in use between the Client and Host PCs?
What are each display settings for all the monitors in use?
Which GoToMyPC software version is running on the Host PC?
