How can I get refunded?

I just have payed for hamachi standard like thirty minutes ago. I don't know how to use this so want to get refunded.

Hi
How do i enable a refund when it auto renewed and I never received a reminder alert beforehand. I only found out because my bank account being deducted !
I have rarely used this and don't plan on doing so in the next 12 months so I cannot and do not want a renewal.
Can anyone advice if I'll get a refund!!!!!!????
