Kindly suggest to add a function for trainer evaluation.
It should be different from delegates evaluation as questions / rating from trainer perspective if different from delgates.
The function should be an additional menu item in the adminstration of courses, and enabled for picking from Library.
Reason(s):
a)
Many companies have quality standards and controls which would/should include own "sanity" check of delivery performance of services, ISO 9001, and have such evaluation forms when performing physical training, It would be convenient to have this function "electronically" recorded collectively with the training event delegate evaluations, and facilitate overview of the training event performance.
b)
An policy / vision of ongoing improvement of service deliveries includes evaluation of deliveries, which should include a formalised perspective from both sides, customer perception and company perception.
c)
A function to create a standard evaluation feed back in library for trainers, would enable a useable performance indicator for company internal delivery performance.
