Hi - We have been trying to add additional GoToMyPC licenses using cases 13805270 and 13805394. Unfortunatley we cannot seem to get any response though regular channels and emails. Can you please have someone contact us to resolve?

You should be able to create purchase order by navigating to ManagePCs->BuyMorePC's .
