I really like the instant messenge solution but the issue I see is agent running in the browser.
With the current logmein Recsue the client runs as a separate application.
We normally install software on the remote system that requires all browsers to close first.
If the current logmein rescue this is not a problem.
But with the new instant mesenger if I try this it will close all browsers and I loose my connection.
I would prefer to have the instant messenger to launch the logmein rescue client as a seaparate application not link to internet explorer.
