We've set up our website channel to use the beta version and selected the option to 'Use Instant Chat'.
It works really well but would be better if the original chat window opened on the customer's machine after a remote control session begins. Customers sometimes navigate away from our web page and lose the embedded chat window. The other nice feature that disappears with the embedded chat window is it flashing in their task bar when there is a message.
I want to keep the instant chat but these differences are forcing us to call and speak to customers more often, and no one wants that. :smileytongue:
Is there an option already that I'm missing to force open the stand-alone chat window? Or is this a possibility in the future?
