Remote Display Sharing on Curve 8330 does not work

testing the remote display sharing on the Curve 8330... Device will connect and initiate screen sharing... but if you use the mouse to click on the simulated keys to do anything the screen sharing will terminate... also if you try to use the BB keyboard shortcuts it will also terminate...

All app settings are correct... it obviously connects... file man, sys info, reboot, work properly (as far I can tell) - it will reboot and reconnect.... just screen sharing terminates when you try to do anything with device...

I have a similar problem,

when I start a remote control or display sharing on to a blackberry device ( 8310 running on the latest OS ( 4.5.x.x ), mobile carrier O2 UK ) it gets disconnected nearly straight away. requesting details from the device ( memory , application , startup ) works and it is quite fast but when I try to control it it is a bit slow to load the screen and dicsonnect in a second.

accordind to the device " the technician have stopped servicing it " and tries to reconnect, the technician console will do a lot of reconnection attempts without success.

I have tried the same on a windows mobile device ( HTC Touch HD, mobile carrier ORANGE UK ) and everything worked fine.

Anybody has a clue what could be the problem ?

Just in case anyone needs to know im running Version 4.5.0.77 of the Blackberry OS.

Totally agree Im having the same problem. I wonder if the OS Software on the blackberry needs to be updated can anyone else verify this?
