I work for a small IT firm and we maintain two technicians full time and have accounts for them that they use but we also have several employees that are more "Help Desk" employees and we have them share Log Me In accounts. Through our homegrown Ticketing system we allow are technicians and help desk personnel to start sessions using Log Me In with our clients. The Problem I have is while the API allows me to check and see which help desk account is available I would like to drive an automatic login for our help desk personnel via posting the credentials to a login page of some sort so that their session is automatically started.
Does this functionality already exist that I am missing or what is the possibility of adding it.
