Screen Brightness Broken

Hi there,

Since February we've noticed a bug with GoToMyPC and Dell Latitiude 7400 laptops.

The brightness adjustment does not work - this includes adjustment through fn keys, Windows 10 interface, and BIOS. This issue occurs on multiple machines with various different versions of Dell drivers.

The only way we've been able to resolve the issue has been to completely remove GotoMyPC from the device.

Please reach out to care and ask for app upgrade to version 2921, and check the option marked in the attached screenshot to fix the issue. image (8).png

Yes - they've all been the latest version of GTMPC for months.

Here's the build we're using:

Software:
- Windows 10 Enterprise 1909
Hardware:
- Dell Latitude 7400
  - 14" 1920 x 1080 (Full HD)
  - UHD Graphics 620
  - Core i5 8265U
  - 8 GB RAM
  - 256 GB SSD

I should also note, that we've tried rolling back drivers and updating to latest versions as well.

Were you on latest GTMPC build? Would you be able to share more details about build version and if there are any logs from the machines?
