The Group Policy Client Service Failed the logon - Access Denied Logmein Rescue

when you install or uninstall aplications or drivers and is necessary restart the computer, after restart the Pc you get the following error when you try to logon on windows:

"The Group Policy Client Service Failed the logon" - Access Denied

This error only happen on windows vista, I'm using "logmein rescue".. this issue happen ramdonly, I don't know the reason for this problem because this happen to me in many diferent scenarios.

I think is a problem with the user profile and "Logmein Rescue"

A temporary solution that I found out is to delete the file "ntuser.dat" which is in:

c:\users\user account\

Then you will be able to logon in a temporary profile... I would recommend you to make a backup of your files, then create a new user account and move there all the user files..

I hope logmein will fix quickly this urgent issue, Logmein Rescue is a powerful tool to help people not to block completely their systems.

If you are still connected to the computer you can launch "File Manager" on longmein rescue, and then delete the file... Otherwise you should boot the computer with an utility or boot Cd to allow you to delete this file, I would recommend you BartPe.

HJow do you get in there to delete the file? I cannot get past the logon screen at all.
