Hi,We had GoToWebinar Plus subscription is the summer, but it is expired and is now in "inactive"status - so I cant cancel it.
How can I cancel it?We want to subscribe for Pro plan, but now it allows just the Plus.
As long as the previous subscription is disabled you should be able to purchase after logging in. If not, go ahead and give our Support department a call at your convenience.
When I log in, it sends me back to my subscription page, where I can purcase only the Plus option. 😞
