I hosted a webinar last week as a webcast with around 160 attendees but over 40% of them could only see a black screen with no audio when I shared a video and I couldn't resolve it during the webinar. I tried stopping sharing and starting again a few times which resolved it for a handful of people but not all of them. I called support and the woman I spoke to was really unhelpful and said it must have been their internet connection but I can't imagine that was the case for fifty people, then the call abruptly cut off.
Has anyone experienced the same issue and found a way to resolve it?
