We are using the URL post feature to push data after a logmein session to our ticket tracking system.
Our customers populate the fields before the session starts. I can see the field but their read only. Some times the customers enter incorrect information ( Wrong Customer number, Ticket number, Email address). This causes the session details to post incorrectly to our ticket system.
As a feature request could you Allow Administrators to change the name and custom fields during the Legmein Session? Then when the session is over the URL POST will have the correct data.
