I have a strange issue that just started recently with one user. If she tries to print certain reports (downloaded from web -- generally bank statements in pdf format), it will take forever to spool and print (like an hour and a half for a 2-page report). If she gets out of GoToMyPC and logs into the bank account directly from her computer, it prints immediately. If she physically goes to the host computer, it also prints there immediately. It is only when she tries to print those reports in gotomypc. She can print most other documents through gotomypc without any delay -- it seems specific to these reports. I also logged into her gotomypc account from a different computer with different printer and was able to print so I'm thinking it is something specifically with her HP printer and gotomypc
