I cant get a customer to connect to LogMeIn Rescue when they are logged in as a Non-Administrator account.
They have the latest OSX with all current updates. I have tried beta rescue and regular and still no luck.
It is so difficult for my mac customers to connect to me... They have to browse to logmein123.com everytime. Mac calling card?
