I am an administrative user of Central, and one of my users is having a reoccurring problem with LogMeIn asking them to buy a subscription when they log in.
We have enough subscriptions on our account to have no problems adding this user, so why does it keep asking them to buy one when they should be assigned one of ours.
I have already remade her account several times and after one day of use it will ask her again.
So what's going on there?
