Every time I try to change my credit card info I get the screen below. I have spent 5 hours on the phone with customer service and they have been unable to resolve the problem. I have tried 3 different browsers and cleared all the cookies but nothing works . A change of credit cards over the phone is not allowed so how can I change my credit card info .............. I'm very frustrated
