We are hosting a large training event and every time someone enters the training we hear a beep. How can I turn this signal off? Do attendees hear this or do only organizers hear this?
I learned there is no universal setting to turn it off for all meetings. However, you can find a setting within an meeting. On your Control Panel, open audio. Select the 3 dots (...), You will find the setting to disable the entry beeps there.
I'm afraid there isn't an account-wide setting for this function.
thanks for the response. I noticed that the beeps are on the recording which leads me to believe the attendees heard them too.

@LDH That alert noise is only heard by Organizers. You can disable it in the software preferences if needed.
