Error - GoTo Opener

Hi,

When our clients try to connect to office pc from their home pc, they encounter the following problem. As the IT support team, we received dozens of phone calls on this issue today. Does anyone have any suggestions or idea on the solution to this problem?

It means:

- GoTo Opener encountered an error
Error 6485952 occurred while sending request to builds.getgocoh.com server.
There was a problem with secure channel support.
GoToMyPc could not be downloaded from our servers.
Restart the download or ...................

If your connection problems persist today, can you please confirm the affected operating systems the clients are using, as well as local security apps installed there?
