People that was registered with an email ends with @mail.ru didn't get confirmation emails or any reminders...
Is there a reason for that or can we do something about that to make it work?

I'm not aware of a block on that domain. Is it just one registrant being affected or multiple? If more than one, then it may be a decision by the email provider to block incoming messages from 'customercare@gotowebinar.com' and other LogMeIn communications.
