Can the GTMPC installer batch file be digitally signed?

We have a customer who is currently unable to access GoToMyPC because the installer is blocked by a local security policy. (Winlaunch error 2001 and win32 error 1260)

When they first try to connect to a remote PC, There is a batch file that tries to run and which is blocked, which cannot be added to their security exceptions as it is not digitally signed. It appears that the batch file runs a task to delete any older versions of the software

Can that batch file be digitally signed at all?

problem is, they cant do that initial install. Applocker is blocking them installing the browser plug in so they cant get to the point of creating a shortcut

Hi @MPain

It sounds like you're referencing the GoTo Opener files, which can be bypassed if you don't go through the website. After making the initial connection, create a desktop shortcut to the Host PC, and then you won't need the Opener to assist.
