I have a user that is not able to access their GoToMyPC using their Mac laptop. The host computer is a PC; however, when using a Mac to access it gives an upgrade message and will not allow them to access the account. Is this going to be resolved or does this user need to access it from a PC? They are not really interested in having to purchase new computer to be able to access their work computer. Thanks!
