How do we solve the sound problem of this video that we recorded with GoToWebinar. There is no sound in the video even though we have recorded images and sound.

@globalnet If this video was recorded directly to the cloud, and no one heard any audio problems during the broadcast, then there may have been an issue during the conversion process thereafter.
