Stripe integration and deferred revenue

I have my GTW account connected with Stripe, but I want to make sure that our March events are recognized in March and not in February, when the payment comes in -- how can I ensure this is communicated appropriately so we can recognize the revenue correctly?

Hi Glenn,

Thanks for your response. I did contact Stripe and they said that there isn't an easy way to do that (https://stripe.com/docs/billing/revenue-recognition/overrides). Basically, if I have a webinar on March 1 and 100 people purchase the webinar during the month of February, I would need to override 100 transactions in February in order to properly account for them in March.

I cannot believe all the GTW users are doing this manual process. I'm interested in knowing how other GTW customers are dealing with deferred revenue recognition in a scalable way.
