I have a problem with the logmein client on a user's machine. the guy tries to connect to the machine through the web interface and the client closes by returning to the control panel screen. already tried by several browsers and does not work. Can you help me please?
I'm having a similar issue, starting today. The client will start, but the remote screen won't open.
