Host Computer Lagging

Client- New IMac running Catalina16 GB RAM

Host - Windows 10 PC with 16GB of RAM

Issue

Host computer Office was updated to 365. Now experiencing mouse and scroll lag through the remote session.

Can not roll back to the previous version of Office. Any ideas?

@JS4LJC Sorry, I haven't heard of any conflicts with O365 and GoToMyPC performance. Can you please confirm the Win10 OS version, as well as the G2P version installed upon the Host computer?
