GoToMyPC Print Assistant: License is not valid for printer GoToMyPC Print Assistant (error 15).

User that has been printing right along is getting an error when printing to the assistant:

"GoToMyPC Print Assistant: License is not valid for printer GoToMyPC Print Assistant (error 15). Print job will be canceled."

I also cannot add a printer through preferences as nothing happens.

@RI1 On the problem PC, can you please open up the Services section of the Windows OS, and locate the GoToMyPC printer. Once you find it, try to restart the service (sometimes you have to stop it first).
