Been trying for the past3 days to get ahold of someone to add more licenses to our corporate account. I just sit on hold for hours at a time.
Finally call around 2AM, get ahold of someone but of course she cannot help me.
I get it, your busy due to Covid. At the same time you had a year to get things figured out.
