Using latest version of GoToMyPC Corporate on iMac with Big Sur and 5K display. Accessing the iMac from a MacBook Air the tray on the host iMac disappears.
I was able to get GoToMyPC to work with the lowest resolution offered on our 5k iMac 27".

Can you say if the view improves when you lower the resolution of the Host computer?
