When we use the LogMeIn Rescue service to connect to a customer that is using Vista (with or without Aero enabled) the screen takes ages to render. This makes moving windows around difficult and using the start menu a little more tricky as you have to wait for a few seconds between clicks! We have seen this on every customers machine so far and we don't have this problem when connecting to XP and below.
I find it hard to believe that this is something that we have to put up with as it make remote support much more difficult and takes much longer.
Are other LogMeIn Rescue customers seeing this or is there something that we can do to rectify this?
