I got surprised when some of our credit cards had a problem.
Logmein suspended account. That was fair enough.
Promptly we got our card back again working,.
Logme In is taking more than 3 days and still dont charge it again.
Is it that hard to put a "pay now" button at My Account Page to get service back ?
IS really frustration to call someone to make payment and nobody answers.
By the way,
support phone numbers for Chile are not working.
International phone support numbers are well hidden somewhere.
Call me back form at support Center doesnt work here.
Support tickets got an automated response but no one took actually care .
Labels "support" and "billing" are not allowed here at crowd source help system.
