I transferred the record, yet appears it takes for ever to "handling", last time it was fast, yet presently I have been standing by 30 minutes

Is this a recording that was saved locally on your computer and is being converted in to a .MP4?

How long was your session or at least the recorded portion?

We usually run 1 to 1.5 hour long webinars and it does take 20-30 minutes for each recording to convert on the desktop - even on high end video editing machines. I think there are limits to how fast the GTW software can convert a g2m file.
