A drop down menu into the calling card would be a great feature to have, i find it usefull in the technician console but it would be even more usefull in the calling card for me.
Example, you put a field named "problem description", the options are a variety of problem description(spyware, email problem, sofware install...) When the client opens the calling card he has to choose one of the options so you can use as a reference and helps with reporting to see what the most frequent calls are for. Also, when you work on multiple computers at a time, you can see the "problem description" are a quick reminder of what you need to fix on each session. There are many other uses for it, but this is just one example i wish i could use.
Anybody else agree with this?
