Can't connect to host from PC

Starting from 17.12.2021 I can't connect from any PC to my host (ver.8.3 -1611, windows server 2003 sp2). I am getting this error:

At the same time I still can connect to my host from Android device (phone or table).
No serious changes to network have been done.

Any idea what causes the problem?

Problem solved after we re-instaled gotomypc with newer version (ver9.6 build 2220). Because all browsers for win server 2003 can't load gotomypc.com we had to find installation file from other "source".
