I am very disappointed to learn about your rebranding from Spiceworks rather than directly. There are serious technical flaws that need to be addressed. How can I express my concerns to senior management?

While the rebranding of LogMeIn to 'GoTo' had no effect on GoToMyPC services or functionality we can certainly help you find answers to your concerns here if you can elaborate on the issues you're most concerned with.
