Cannot connet to computer error says contact website owner

I am trying to connect to a computer and keep getting this message. I have tried using different browsers, rebooting the modem and router and even tried on a different computer. The message say to contact website owner. Is there a contact number to call LogMe In? I am attaching a pic of the error, any help would be appreciated.

Have you troubleshot the host PC itself, such as re-installing the desktop software or checking the local area network there?
