GoToMy PC Hostname - not authorized

Hi
I have 200 hosts in my network, some PCs are connected correctly but many others have the message GoToMy PC Host Name - Not Authorized.
The test connection is OK http successful

Do you have any suggestions

Also, please try again today and confirm if you are still facing issues. We had a network glitch which got resolved now.
