Is there anybody how has a solution to this?
Since a few months sometimes participants new to GoToTraining have issues finding how to connect sound to GoToTraining:
There is a screen from GoToTraining that sometimes "hides" the connect audio window.
As the participant can not hear and talk it's difficult to help them at that stage.
Did anybody find a solution to this? Are there screenshots available to guide the user?
And is GoToTraining aware of that issue and tries to resolve? This a major turn off for users first time using GoTo and can badly impact traning.
